SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it is alarmed about the large number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a regular basis. The company level designed for intervention activities a large influx of potential beneficiaries, that read more makes it tough to the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much SRD more assets to empower the servicing of all clients and enhance access to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
